Bill Hewitt
- Inducted posthumously July 31st, 1971
- Played college football at the University of Michigan
- Refused to wear a helmet until the NFL forced him to in his eighth season
- Known as the "Offside Kid" because he got such a great jump on the ball that he often appeared to be offsides
- Many people call him the "best two-way end pro football ever produced
- First pro to win All-League with two different teams
- Famous for thinking of trick plays to try to fool his opponent
- Considered to be the best of his time on offense, and even better on defense
- Estimated to have made tackles for losses of a total of 300 yards in 1933
